Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Send an email to support@earthyandchic.com to request an approval for the return. Once you receive the approval email please print that and put a copy in your package to be returned. You are responsible for any postage to return the items.

Make sure you send your package with tracking for your protection. If you send any other way we can not guarantee a refund.

You will receive a refund in the same form of payment you used to purchase the items. You should see your refund in approximately 3-4 days from us receiving and inspecting the items 

Non Returnable Items:

• Shoes with any sign of wear
• Handmade/Personalized Items
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
